Boutique Hotel Services
DCM recognizes that each client has a unique vision for their personalized boutique hotel. We strive to ensure the distinct nuances of the project are maintained subtly and that our staff delivers impeccable service to the satisfaction of our clients and guests. A few of the many management services we will provide to our boutique hotel clients include:
- Analyze room rates for geographical location, evaluate seasonality and group vs. transient business potential;
- Develop all budgets (including pre-opening, startup, operating supplies and equipment and annual operating budgets);
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports in accordance with GAAP and explain any variances;
- Oversee analysis for capital reserve study and provide recommendations;
- Complete and file documentation for all required business licenses and registrations;
- Identify, select and obtain required insurance coverage and policies for the project;
- Implement site specific standard operating procedures for each department and conduct a yearly audit;
- Prepare staffing plan, job descriptions and conduct an annual compensation analysis;
- Secure international workforce, if needed, and facilitate immigration application process;
- Update site specific training manuals and orientation programs;
- Select and purchase all operational items, food and beverage items and rooms items;
- Assist with selection of Food and Beverage offerings and equipment and assist with dining room and kitchen design;
- Develop Food and Beverage concepts, recipes, beverage inventories, menus, pricing and pre- opening trial run program;
- Obtain vendors for Property Management System(s) to include Spa, Food and Beverage, Retail and Hotel;
- Obtain use access agreements with vendors to offer additional amenities such as golf, excursions, boat services, etc.
- Assist with design of a website by offering recommendations; and
- Maintain standards required for national accreditations.
