Kevin Ceneviva - President

Kevin Ceneviva became President of Destination Club Management in April 2005. While under his guidance, DCM has entered into numerous Management Agreements with major Developers for both fractional and full ownership, equity and non-equity private residence clubs located in luxury resort and urban destinations that feature ski, golf, beach and boating activities. Several other projects, some of which also feature hotel services, are under consideration. DCM is aggressively expanding to more states and countries, and Mr. Ceneviva plays a key role in planning for future projects.

Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Ceneviva was employed by ClubCorp, Inc. for over eleven years. At the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club in North Carolina, he simultaneously managed the resort’s historic, luxury full-service 85 room hotel and another inn with 45 rooms. He advanced to Vice President of Operations for The Owners Club, an international high-end fractional private residence club in five locations, and moved to ClubCorp corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Ceneviva worked for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts for six years in various roles at The Hyatt Regency Washington located on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. During his time with Hyatt, Mr. Ceneviva assisted in openings and renovations in Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Atlanta (among other locations).

Mr. Ceneviva graduated from Widener University in West Chester, Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He and his wife, Randi, reside in Plano, Texas with their sons, Dominic and Dylan.

Robert Goodyear - Vice President of Operations

Robert Goodyear is Vice President of Operations for Destination Club Management. He became a member of the DCM management team in April 2006. He started his career in the hospitality industry with ClubCorp at the historic Pinehurst Resort and Country Club as Manager in Development before he was promoted to Assistant Manager at the Holly Inn. At the Holly Inn, Mr. Goodyear assisted with the multimillion dollar hotel renovation, opening and operations.

Next, Mr. Goodyear became the Club Manager at Shadow Lake Golf and Racquet Club in Rochester, New York. He finalized an extensive facility renovation and restructured F&B operations with sizeable annual revenues. Mr. Goodyear then moved to Colorado to become the Assistant General Manager and eventually General Manager at The Owners Club at Telluride where he supervised operations for the private residence club.

Mr. Goodyear returned to New York and became the Club Manager of The Country Club of Rochester. Mr. Goodyear has a BS degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration from Niagara University in Niagara, New York. He lives with his wife, Carrie and daughters, Mara and Bella in Plano, Texas.

Michelle Clevenger - Director of Business Development/Compliance

Michelle Clevenger began her employment with Destination Club Management in June 2005 as Director of Business Development/Compliance. In her role with DCM, she works directly with Developers to prepare Management Services Agreements, Rules and Regulations and Reservation Policies and Procedures. She reviews project documents to ensure compliance and consistency, works with service providers to negotiate their contracts and oversees outside counsel to obtain appropriate licensing and regulatory approvals. She works directly with the on-site management team to prepare job descriptions, offer letters, confidentiality agreements, standards of operations and policies and procedures. She is also responsible for corporate communications and administration.

Ms. Clevenger was employed by ClubCorp for three years at their corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. She was Project Manager for The Owners Club, a high-end, fractional private residence club with operations in the United States and Mexico. In addition to coordinating closings, she was responsible for owner surveys and communications between Club Managers and Owners. Further, she assisted with the successful transition of the Board of Directors of two of the Clubs from the Developer to the Members.

After graduate school, Ms. Clevenger worked at the worldwide headquarters of Mary Kay, Inc. for six years. During her career at Mary Kay, she worked in International Government Affairs, as well as the Legal Department. She assisted in the expansion of Mary Kay from five to over twenty five countries, including China and Russia. She also worked on the acquisition of a manufacturing facility in Switzerland to supply product for the European market, and the transition of a joint venture in Thailand to a wholly owned subsidiary. She has experience in corporate finance, immigration, intellectual property, securities, real estate and general corporate law.

Ms. Clevenger earned her MBA in Business Management from the University of Dallas, and attended law school at Texas Tech University. She has a BBA in International Business with a minor in Economics from Texas Wesleyan University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She and her husband, Paul, live in Dallas, Texas.

Rita Felton - Director of Human Resources

Rita Felton began her employment with Destination Club Management as Director of Human Resources in January 2007. Ms. Felton is responsible for the Human Resources operations of the company including direction on staffing, retention, benefit administration, professional development, and employment law compliance.

Before joining DCM, Ms. Felton worked in the hospitality, transportation, and financial industries, in Human Resource Manager and Director positions.

Ms. Felton has a MS degree in Human Resources, a BBA degree in Management, and holds PHR and GPHR certifications. She and her husband, Randy, live in Richardson, Texas.

Whitney Newton - Operations Assistant

Whitney Newton joined Destination Club Management in August 2005 as an Administrative Assistant before she progressed to Operations Assistant. In her role with DCM, she works directly with the President and the Director of Business Development/Compliance to prepare Letters of Intent and Management Agreements and to review Rules and Regulations and Reservation Policies and Procedures on behalf of its clients.

Ms. Newton works directly with the Director of Operations and the management team at the clients’ projects to establish the standards of operation and to ensure they are maintained. She has assisted with the development and implementation of The Elite Alliance® Exchange Program and the Destination Exchange International® Exchange Program. Additionally, she assists with all aspects of human resources and benefits.

While attending college, she worked at the World Trade Center in Dallas, Texas to organize and prepare the showroom for markets, and she worked as a sales associate for exclusive home accessory and ladies apparel shops in Fort Worth.

Ms. Newton graduated from The University of Texas in Austin, Texas with a BA in Government and a minor in Business. She also attended the University of Mississippi. She divides her time off between Fort Worth and Dallas.

Jessica Wiles - HR/Payroll Specialist

Jessica Wiles began her employment with Destination Club Management in September 2007 as HR/Payroll Specialist. Ms. Wiles is responsible for the administration of payroll for DCM, and she works directly with the Director of Human Resources.

Ms. Wiles began her career in Human Resources at a cardiology center located in Dallas, where she worked for more than seven years. While working at the medical practice, she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Payroll and 401K Administration.

Ms. Wiles also has experience in the construction, retail customer service and direct marketing industries. Currently, she is pursing a BBA degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. Ms. Wiles is a native of Dallas, Texas, where she currently resides.
