DCM specializes in providing management services, consulting services and reservations services to our Clients that include many Developers of luxury, high-end equity and non-equity Private Residence Clubs located in premier resort and urban destinations throughout North America.  In addition, we provide our staffing and management expertise to Developers of boutique hotels to ensure the expectations of Owners, Members and Guests are exceeded.

DCM manages revenues and expenses to achieve the positive growth of our Client’s profits.  Our dedicated staff of professionals works closely with our Clients to ensure the success of their projects, and we have become involved during various stages in the development process.

Since the early 1980’s, our parent company, DCP International (“DCP”) has provided its knowledge in all facets of residence club development.  DCP has assisted Developers and/or landowners with the design, marketing and sales of their projects.  In addition, DCP assists with obtaining club development financing.  Recognizing the special circumstances of each Client and the need to customize management services for each project, DCP established DCM in 2003.
